Mood Landscape Painting (Ages 13–15)

In this acrylic painting class, students will create a simple landscape that focuses on mood and feeling rather than realism. Instead of worrying about perfect perspective or tiny details, artists will explore how color choices, loose brushwork, and composition can express emotion and atmosphere.

Students will be guided step by step as they paint a landscape inspired by different moods—calm, peaceful, dramatic, or energetic—learning how artists use color and movement to tell a visual story.

This class is a great fit for middle-school students who enjoy painting and want a relaxed, creative environment to experiment and grow.
